ENGR. Eruchalu is a Director of Scientific Endeavours.  Prior to founding this organization, he had worked briefly for Encon Associates, a civil/structural engineering firm based in Ilorin, from March 1991 to July 1992.  Following which he joined AOP-Consult Limited, a full-fledged engineering/project management firm in March 1993. He worked there for five years, having risen to the status of Senior Engineer upon professional qualification in September 1997.  Subsequently, in February 1998, he joined CPMS Limited, a pioneer project management firm in Nigeria where he worked for another four years, having risen to the level of an Associate.

Within this ten-year working period, he had gained experience in the engineering design of institutional, industrial & residential buildings, office complexes, highway structures as well as multi-purpose facilities such as petrol retail outlets. His research background and extensive computational experience in numerical analysis and computer graphics have culminated in the development of an application package for the analysis and design of basic structural systems including building frames, continuous beams, columns, footings, retaining / sheet-pile walls, and piled foundations.

While at CPMS management of projects dominated the last four years of his employment, where he participated in the development of Aba branch for Guaranty Trust Bank; Private Residential Estate for First Marina Trust Limited; Office development for Vigeo Estates Limited; Mass housing development for LSDPC chiefly.  In the area of training, Mr. Eruchalu participated extensively in the dissemination of project management knowledge through CPMS’s regular workshops and in-house training for institutions, as Afri-Projects Consultants and the Bureau for Public Enterprises.

At Scientific endeavours, Engr. Eruchalu’s passion centres around Extreme engineering and how Project management can create maximum value across the dominant methodologies.

ENGR. Majekodunmi has a rare combination of IT skills covering (Network deployment (LAN & WLAN), Microsoft office productivity tools; Engineering Analysis tools, Statistical Analysis tools). The invaluable international experience acquired at EddyO Civil Engineering Ltd. London UK as project manager, on multimillion-pound projects has affirmed his rare competence as a thorough-bred professional.

Within that four-year stint, Engr Majekodunmi was charged with the responsibility for Preparing the Business case as well as Project planning/monitoring, involving Work program development with resource and cost loading. He also had superintending roles over sub-contractors, tracking work scope changes, financial & delivery time implications, and communicating the entire project experience to key stakeholders.

To achieve this enormous task he has had to master the use of enterprise-level project management software like; Primavera P3, Microsoft project v2007, and Asta power project.

All these technical and managerial experience make him a key resource as a consultant to Scientific Endeavours.

Mr Lanre Omololu brings along with him diverse professional and construction management skills to Scientific Endeavours Limited. Before joining our team of professional resources, Lanre had worked in full-fledged professional quantity surveying practices and construction companies for a period spanning eleven years.

Within his working years he had homed in his technical and managerial skills, in combination with IT proficiency that makes the difference in today’s world of high-demand productivity. Specifically, Lanre has proficiency in use of Microsoft project as a project planning tool and Microsoft office for general computations and document production. He has attended professional skills acquisition / upgrade courses to keep himself abreast with modern trends in project delivery; in both Quantity surveying and Project management.

At the individual level Mr Lanre Omololu has great inter-personal skills, with the ability to work productively with other team members to achieve project objectives. His vast experience gathered over the years has imbued him with leadership skills that are invaluable in today’s world of half-baked professionals.

Kemi Elizabeth Sholabi is the administrative officer at Scientific Endeavours Limited. Her responsibilities span across Accounting, MIS & General administration.

“>Shortly after joining the organization in June 2013, she was trusted with the task of transferring our historical and concurrent accounts records into our newly acquired Management Information System (MIS). Other information captured includes the Cost accounts records of our engineering projects, Inventory records & Fixed assets that instantly gave us access to the Financial status of our business at the click of the mouse.

She regularly interfaces with clients by way of follow-ups to proposals, briefs & accounts receivables. She is a graduate of Banking & Finance from the Abdu-Gusau Polytechnic, Talat-Mafara in Zamfara state in the year 2011. Subsequently, she obtained an HD in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo in the year 2015.

She is happily married with two lovely children.

Engr. Stanley O. Otuonye is a 1987 HND Graduate of The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, with majors in Power and Machines. Before joining Scientific Endeavours as an Associate for Electrical designs & Installation, he had acquired diverse professional competences across major sectors of the Nigerian economy. Within these 29 years, he had obtained several certificates in information communications technology, as well as undergone training programs in professional engineering practices from Schneider Electric & Deepsea Engineering. Prior to this he had worked as a shift engineer at Intergrated Fibres Ltd, Kano between 1989-1992, as well as Power Product and Control Ltd, Lagos between 1993-1997 where he rose to the post of General Manager.
