Narration:

Engineering Safety Investigation conducted on the Three (3) level bank building, sequel to the observation of developing cracks around the envelope of the building.

Report of investigation found the building structurally intact, with recommendations for;

– strengthening certain structural elements,

– stiffening some long-span beams,

– replacement of cracked block wall with engineering clay blocks,

-reconstruction of existing septic tank in reinforced concrete.
