Narration:

Engineering Safety Investigation conducted on the Three (3) level bank building, sequel to the repeated observation of vibrations of the bank building.

Report of the investigation concluded that;

• The vibrations observed in the building resulted from some heavy-duty construction work taking place within close proximity to the bank,
• The overall building structure exhibited no signs of distress (indeed it satisfactorily bridled the “tremors”), and is hereby certified structurally intact from the results of the tests,
• The hairline cracks observed on the building envelope can be treated by grinding & filling with epoxy material, this is then screeded with putty & painted over neatly,

Columns should be introduced at the three points on the rear fence with long diagonal cracks to limit their propagation.
