PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In our service area of project management, we have adopted an integrated approach to project delivery.Whereby the project scope is defined from a carefull identification of its objectives in terms of time, budget and technical requirements. Thereafter, detailed planning in the three indices of measure (cost,time and quality), is undertaken to give life to the project. We always identify and clarify the change management criteria with the client before the execution stage is reached. This sets the framework for decision-making and more importantly ensures that focus is maintained, on the client's needs and performance requirements as the project evolves.

During the execution stage , we communicate the entire project experience periodically to all stakeholders by way of formal reports.The first type is a management report , which encapsulates the entire project experience, in terms of time, experience, quality control, peformance/scope. While the second focuses on the outcomes of decisions taken at the technical co -ordination sessions.

At hand-over, a detailed documentation in graphics and written format of all technical information alongside a completion report will be produced . This not only serves as base information for the maintenance department of the promoter, but more importantly as an invaluable database for future planning.
