Mr. Eruchalu is a Director of Scientific Endeavours.  Prior to founding this organization, he had worked briefly for Encon Associates, a civil / structural engineering firm based in Ilorin, from March 1991 to July 1992.  Following which he joined AOP-Consult Limited, a full-fledged engineering / project management firm in March 1993. He worked there for five years, having risen to the status of Senior Engineer upon professional qualification in September 1997.  Subsequently in February 1998, he joined CPMS Limited, a pioneer project management firm in Nigeria where he worked for another four years, having risen to the level of an associate.

Within this ten-year working period he had gained experience in the engineering design of institutional, industrial & residential buildings, office complexes, highway structures as well as multi-purpose facilities as petrol retail outlets. His research background and extensive computational experience in numerical analysis and computer graphics has culminated in the development of an application package for the analysis and design of basic structural systems including - building frames, continuous beams, columns, footings, retaining / sheet-pile walls and piled foundations.

While at CPMS management of projects dominated the last four years of his working period, where he participated in the development of Aba branch for Guaranty Trust Bank; Private Residential Estate for First Marina Trust Limited; Office development for Vigeo Estates Limited; Mass  housing development for LSDPC chiefly.  In the area of training, Mr Eruchalu participated extensively in dissemination of project management knowledge through CPMS’s regular workshops and in-house training for institutions, as Afri-Projects Consultants and the Bureau for Public Enterprises.

Engr. Deji Adelaja has the rare combination of IT skills covering (Network deployment (LAN & WLAN), Microsoft office productivity tools; Engineering Analysis tools, Statistical Analysis tools). The invaluable international experience acquired at EddyO Civil Engineering Ltd. London UK as project manager, on multimillion-pound projects has demonstrated his rare competence as a professional.

Within that four-year stint Deji was charged with the responsibility for Preparing the Business case as well as Project planning / monitoring, involving Work program development with resource and cost loading. He also had superintending roles over sub-contractors, tracking work scope changes, financial & delivery time implications and communicating the entire project experience to key stakeholders.

To achieve this enormous task he had had to master the use of enterprise-level project management softwares like; Primavera P3, Microsoft project v2007 and Asta PowerProject.

Quassim  Apampa brings along with him versatility into Scientific Endeavors. He is firstly a structural engineer as well as a Network administrator and IT Support team leader. In addition to these he has had extensive training experience with Microsoft Project 2000, through several seminars he facilitated while at CPMS.

While at CPMS (Nov 1999 - March 2004), he gained early experience in project delivery while working on renovations for Branch Developments for Guaranty trust bank, plc. Here he had worked as project site officer, before maturing to assisting his seniors in co-ordinating project documents; architectural, structural, services drawings as well as bill of quantities etc.

Subsequently he joined the training team at CPMS, where he facilitated in several workshops and in-house training for institutions as Bureau for Public Enterprises.

Since CPMS is a multi-disciplinary organization, Apampa had ample opportunities to exercise his engineering senses adequately. This came in the form of participation in the structural design of institutional buildings, several residential buildings and lately the proposed 20-storey Ocean-view apartment block, to be located at Wilmot Point Road, Victoria Island. He is also very versatile in the use of AutoCAD for graphic presentation of Engineering details.

Since joining Scientific Endeavors in April 2004, he has brought along with him innovative approaches to the way we deploy Project 2000. Also he has embarked on overhauling our network installation with the objective of improving throughput and Archiving systems.

Bukola is a young and dynamic civil engineering graduate, who has demonstrated reliability, tremendous concentration, team spirit, and leadership qualities. She has shown a great ability to learn quickly and retain as well.

Within the one year she has had contact with Scientific Endeavors, her skills in AutoCAD has become very dexterous.  She is capable of taking the structural design of most residential dwellings to completion single handedly. She has also developed proficiency in the use of productivity tools like Microsoft office. Also she is able to navigate through microsoft project reasonably.

Before joining Scientific Endeavors, she has had industrial work experience at organizations such as Ooleng Nig Limited. In a brief stint with Obaji Geo-tech limited, she acquired geo-technical skills such as Cone penetration graph preparation, Execution of sounding tests, Supervision of geotechnical surveys / investigations.  All these diverse experience has prepared her for the challenges of the professional practice.

Since joining Scientific Endeavors in April 2007, she has had the subsisting responsibility of translating some standard engineering details into electronic format using AutoCAD. She also discharges some administrative responsibilities for this organization.

Tolu serves as a Project Executive at Scientific Endeavours .She graduated from University of Lagos, Akoka with Second Class Upper. Tolu is a vibrant young lady, who has demonstrated reliability and tremendous concentration in her area of specialty. Her prowess as a Project Executive has been demonstrated through reliability and accuracy of her work.

Uche Osuoha serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Scientific Endeavours. He graduated from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) in 2004.

Uche started his career from the experiential point of view having worked as ‘Foreman” on Public road reconstruction / rehabilitation project (2005 - 2006).Within that period, he was involved in day-to-day activity planning, execution and monitoring of construction work. Subsequently, he worked with Fraggi Nig Limited in supervising role on Civil / Structural works on erosion /flood control projects up till 2007.

By March 2008, Uche was recruited as a quality control Engineer on our Branch Development projects for GTBank plc and BankPHB Plc, where he has excelled in ensuring compliance to all contractual documentation and specifications, monitoring progress of works in line with agreed schedules, supervising the testing of materials and preparartion of weekly reports.

Kenneth Uzochukwu: Prior to joining Scientific Endeavours in 2006, Kenneth worked with Reechmondz Company Limited as the Operations Manager facilitating supply and installations of Digital, CDMA intercellular phones (2000 – 2004); he acquired invaluable Telecommunication Engineering experience
     
Upon joining Scientific Endeavours, he has developed proficiency in the use of productivity tools like Microsoft office.
