Scientific Endeavours is a private limited liability company, providing comprehensive and professional services in the Project Management & Engineering Consultancy practice. The practice was formed in 1995 and became incorporated in March 2003.

Our Integrated approach to planning ensures that the project definition in terms of scope, budget and quality specification is undertaken only after a careful consideration of the business goals of the project. Subsequently, a change management criteria is clarified with the client, which sets the framework for decision-making throughout the life of the project. It is only after this critical definition stage that detailed planning (cost, time and quality) of all activities throughout the four phases of the project life cycle are undertaken. Thus setting the baseline for monitoring/control of the project at its execution phase.
